Our Story
Westrope Farming & PRC and C.M. Westrope were established in 1983 by Philip and Carolyn Westrope. Over the following decades, the family partnership grew into a successful large-scale farming and contract farming operation, expanding across owned, rented, and contract-farmed land throughout the region.
Today, Westrope Farming is led by Tom and Alice Over and remains rooted in the values of family, hard work, and long-term stewardship. Together with their three young children and a skilled, dedicated team, they are proud to be carrying the business into its next generation.
With a clear focus on innovation, agronomic excellence, and sustainable farming systems, Tom Over leads the business with a forward-thinking approach that builds on the strong foundations established by Alice's parents while continuing the family's farming legacy. Together with the wider team, they continue to develop the business through precision farming, trusted landlord relationships, and responsible land stewardship, ensuring every acre is farmed with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
